Any time you feel you should. That is a basic right. Now, understand that if questioning that authority causes you to break a law, expect to be jailed. But always, ALWAYS know that you can disagree at any time. That is what make this country what it is.

Well, according to the Declaration of Independence it is okay anytime:
"...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government..."

It is not only right of you to question your governments authority, it is your civic responisbility. This is the method of "checks and balances" that is written into our constitution in order to prevent our democracy from becoming the fascist regime it seems to have become now. Apathy creates despair.
