because God gave us all free will, and that encompasses everything in our lives.... we think that bad things shouldn't happen to us because we are good, but bad things and good things happen to people without reason..... they just happen without consideration of your goodness or badness.

Bad things happen to good and bad people. Good people just have more people to help when bad things happen.

Things always happen for a reason. It sucks when bad things happen to good people, but nothing we can do.

It's part of life.No one is 100% good and no one is 100% bad. Think of this also "Why do good things happen to bad people"?
Nothing or no one can be the same 24/7.

Bad things happen to good people to make them stronger. As bad things happen, you become a better person for overcoming them.

Hell knows! but i for one have just about had more than can possibly take. Friends around me dropping like flies and you know what they were the kind of people that didn't on purposely if at all do harm to them selves or anyone else, barely lived, yet most of the people who'd sooner stab you in the back than look at you land on there feet every time, that's not "Karma" more like "Sods law". What possible reasonable lesson could having friends and my brother die so young teach me, meaning of loss? WHAT? there is no lesson. Save the "Lesson" or "Meant to be" theory's. Who has any right to say the child who died in a hit and run down my street, my friend Martin from an accidental over dose, my friend Wendy of Meningitis or my brother of asphyxiation was meant to die? its all bullshit! just theory's of the living. Save all your theory's for someone who's never felt loss, someone who gives a shlt. x

Read the case of Job in the bible
Talk about bad, lost his business, kids and they only thing that didn't die was his nagging wife.
Got sores and sick and it was terrible but through it all he never blamed God. Says satan did it.
God restored everything he had before 10 times more.
What matters is attitude when it happens don't blame God
was the moral. Things happen
