Think about it. If you want to get a leg up and be rich, you will need tolerance and social support to get there. If you want to be an average joe, you will need to have a glass ceiling. Words of wisdom from "The World is Flat" Thoughts?

Not intending for this to be biased, just looking for thoughts. I am preaching nothing, it's just something interesting I read.

Awesome book. Highly recommended. If you think about it, it relates very well to the previous elections results. Welfare states, like New Mexico, Alaska (sorry bungi), and North Dakota (where Bush won by a 2 to 1 margin) vote Republican, while states like Massachusetts, New York and California that pay more in taxes than they recieve in services, vote Democrat.
Take a good, hard look at my link. Those at the top are almost exclusively "red states" and those at the bottom are "blue"
