Can you help us with a slogan for our pet store? And help with design ideas?

Hello~
We are planing to open up a pet store in Northren CA. by the end of Nov. 2006 . The store's name will be " PET BARN" We need help with a slogan for it. You know like Petco's is " Where the Pets go." We would like something cute and catchy. Something people would remember.

As far as the store is concerned. We are building the store as we speak. It is built just like the red old-fashion barns with the round roofs. Inside we will have wood floors ( not real wood) and the only idea that we also have is the " Horse stall" will be the fish room. It will be very dark. The only lights on will be from the tanks. We would like some great ideas from you good folks! We will not be selling dogs or cats ( No respectable store in CA. will). But other than that we will be selling small birds, small animals (hamsters, rabbits etc.) reptiles and fresh and saltwater fish. And supplies and food. Please give me detailed ideas on how you would design it. Any other ideas would be great

The store will be in the Shasta County area. We will not be selling tack. Since there are alot of feed stores in the area.

That sounds soo cool! Well, except the dark part--after studying fashion marketing and store designs ect, I can tell you that it being too dark will cause problems. People will be uncomfortable, and it will make it hard for them to see what they want, which will make them not want to shop there. I love the Pet Barn concept, though! I have a thing for barns, anyway. Howabout: blah blah blah, down on the farm, get your supplies at Pet Barn? I can't think of something for the begining at the moment. Good luck with the store.

hmmm...

some design ideas:
(1) feed supply area -- 'feeding frenzy' or 'feed trough'
(2) area for other supplies -- 'pets unleashed'
(3) bird area -- 'robin round-up'
(4) small animal area - 'critter cozy'
(5) reptile area - 'sun -n- sand'

a few ideas for the slogan --
(1) Pet Barn -- premium pets with country panache
(2) Pet Barn - the cat's meow (since barns are associated with mice...and every respectable farm has a cat, lol)
(3) Pet Barn -- family friendly...pet approved.
(4) Pet Barn -- preferred choice by 8 out of 10 pets

There are a lot of items that would normally be in a barn that you could use. You could paint straw bales on the end of the shelves. You could use horses to hang things on in places. You could also have your employees dress up in jeans and cowboy style button up shirts. you could also use "fence" like structures to section of parts of the store.

AS far as catchy phrases:

Farm fun for pets.
Red barn rounds up great deals.
Down to earth prices down on the farm.
Farm friendly prices for all.

Those aren't great, but if I think of anymore I will add.

i think the name PET BARNis taken. but if not u need a slogan that has to do with a barn or something. ( i live in Northern CA too. Groveland, CA) U could also for the design have a place like another stall that has pet food in it like a horses food (hey) would go. so it looks like hay but its just the food for animals and u could ..... well thats all i got GL! (is it in NAPA VALLEY?)

A more catchy name for your store... "Exotic Tropical Pet World" Come on... sounds like a high school kids science project.

Well, how about, since your not selling dogs or cats, and mostly small animals, how about, "were pet friendly" or "small and simple" for the fish room, you could get one of those lights where if somebody where's light colors, especially white, will glow so it is fun for kids while viewing the fish.
