This probably should not be in the "Programming & Design" category. "Software" would be more appropriate.

As for removing Yahoo! Music Engine, there are several answers. The straightforward, tech-guy-following-the-list-in-front-of-him response would be to use the "Add/Remove Programs" as others have stated, but I assume you have tried that judging by the way you wrote your question. The "Programming & Design" answer would be that you should write an uninstaller for the program. The realistic solution is to throw your computer out the window and go buy a new one.
