If you have a ring there should be no more girl or guy nights out. The removal of the ring should not happen. This indicates unfaithful thoughts. You should be mature enough in your marriage to know that taking it off is so very wrong, and immoral.

I take my rings off when I come home and when it's a girls' night out I don't have them on.

If you take it off for a girls/guys night out you might as well leave it off because it means nothing to you.

I wear my wedding and engagement rings. The wedding ring usually gets worn inside. I take my engagement ring off when I am cleaning. I have never taken my wedding ring off since my husband put it on my finger,

I never take it off. I've only taken my ring off once in 23 years of marriage and that was for surgery. It would just not feel right with it off my hand.

My ring came off only once
when my hubby bought me a very nice one for our 9th anniversary.
It is my serious opinion that anyone who does take it off is planing on a possible encounter.
Is not in love with their spouse and should consider a divorce
Taking your ring off is one of the worst things you could do to your spouse.

If you are engaged or married, you do not take it off to go and party with your peeps. If you were going to behave like that, why get into a committed relationship? All that means is that you are giving yourself permission to do something that you know is wrong.
