Why yes it is. Through complex rational equations, you can mathematically prove a circle is a square. Similar equations also prove that 1+1=198,439, that dogs are cats, that the world is the same as the universe, and that the color red is the color blue. A seperate kind of equation can prove that this question belongs in the pets section.

the answer is no..
by deffinition a aquare is a shape that has 4 sides and 4 corners where all corners are 90 degrees and all sides are equal in length.. and a sircle is a round shape that is one line and no corners.. so the sircle's definition doesn't fit into that...
