M. Night's movies are well designed but the stories although highly imaginative are riddled with inconsistencies and fantastic exaggerations.
I like anything by Wes Anderson or Alexander Payne

Personally, I love Michael Mann (Heat, Collateral, Miami Vice). Either that or Wim Wenders, though his movies can be very slllloooowwwww

Ron Howard makes really good movies. I also love M. Night Shyamalan....his movies keep me on the edge of my seat. Rob Reiner is awesome too.

WHO likes M. Night? his only good movie was the sixth sense...
well, I have to say it would be maybe Quentin, Spike Lee or Gus Van Sant...
I was going to say Kubrick..but he's dead.
