You will still pay out of state tuition because your residency in Arizona has been for the sole purpose of getting an education. You are still considered a resident of Ohio.

One step you can take to fix this is to get your license or state I.D. changed over to an Arizona I.D. or license. The DMV requires proof of residency in order to issue you a new license. Once you have an Arizona license you can go back to the college and show them you are an Arizona resident. This should allow you to pay in-state tuition prices.

It doesn't matter where you came from...if you have a place of residence in Arizona...you pay in state tuition. So if you own a house or apartment in your name, or you're living legally in a house in Arizona, then you pay in state...this does not count your college dorm or an on campus apartment. If your residence is still declared in Ohio, you must pay out of state.

You need to take proof of residency which is a electric bill, or water bill or rent which is in your name. It is required to be there 1 year to prove you are now an Arizona Resident then you can pay instate tuition. Good Luck

Shouldn't have to pay out-of-state again, they have established residency now, if they move back to a different state, then they may have to pay out-of-state again. They base it on where you have lived in the last year, or at least that's how it works where I'm from

As long as you have a phyical address I think you get to pay in-state...I think some universities require 1 year of residency first though.

Don't quote me on this but I'm almost completely sure you no longer need to pay out-of-state tuition
