i just told her the truth because i didn't want to lie and because i adore and love her dearly--- always have. i've been les. for 15 yrs. no one else interests me. i've tried to forget her but i can't. she's a mom of 4 adult children and a teacher. we don't live in the same town. she doesn't write and hardly speaks to me on the phone when she calls.i'm also a teacher with 2 kids--i'm out to them and they know who she is. they wish to meet her some day. the last time we spoke she threaten me and broke off our friendship. now she only makes anonymous calls-- how do i know? she just lets it ring once.how do begin to deal with this situation and should i do ??i've been badly hurt by the things she said to me, and how she said them. should give her another chance? or should i move on??

For whatever reason, she just doesn't feel about you the same way you feel about her. It's hard, but let it go. (Maybe she'll come to you if you stop)
It happens to all of us. I feel deeply once for someone who wasn't even gay; I was too "in love" to even realize. It took her almost a year to finally tell me. That was hard too.
You'll be fine.
Keep smiling!

Move on. There is nothing but bad vibes radiating from this situation. She could ruin your teaching career, if she so chooses. Protect yourself and your career. Write her off.

I think that you are going to have a much better life once you put this person behind you and find someone who really loves you for who you are.
