im not fat i just want them to be smaller

my best answer is go swim its the best for toneing and firmer legs because you wont get all big and it wont hurt your knees like running or biking pills have side effecks too so hope you like my answer.

You need to do cardio about 3 times a week preferably spinning and get Belly, Butt, and Thighs by Chris Feytag.

You tone them up by doing leg exercises, (like the ones that look like the dog peeing), and doing inner and outer weight machines at the health club (ask someone where the machines are). Squats are good. Biking, walking (up hills especially), running, walking stairs, jump roping, yoga, dancing, anything really for your legs will help your theighs too.

There are a couple of ways..
-Go to a tanning salon
-Self tan your inner thighs
-Look at the kind of outfits Jennifer Lopez wears and get similar ones.
-Wear darker jeans
-Wearing high heels elongate your legs which tend to slimmer.

theres this machine called the lateral thigh trainer. i saw the comm. on tv a long time ago and i bought it at the "as seen on tv" store. i think it works, it makes your thighs firmer.

u can make them look smaller with a self tanner. i believe you put some on the inner and outer of ur thigh and if u already am using self tanner,just put it on a little darker in those areas.

do step-ups, run daily, lunges, and bicycles. (they're all workouts to tone your thighs)
