I don't know how much stones are...so I don't know how much you weigh. But regular diet and exercise. Just watch what you eat, try not to eat past 7 pm, snack on healthy fruits and veggies, and get in at least 30 minutes a day of good cardio. Try walking...that's the best form of exercise you can get. Just remember, slow and steady is what will do it for you.
After two babies it doesn't work for me tho...I'm having a gastric bypass! LOL!

Do not skip meals it makes things worse cause when you next eat you end up eating too much
Do sit ups every day
Go for long walks
No fatty foods
and if your having them say once a week
only have an amount that would fit into your cupped hand,
Plenty of exercise
Boiled veg
Fruit as a tasty snack eg strawberries, grapes and apples
Do not spend too long in front of the computer/telly
Walk up and down stairs instead of taking the lift
carry your weekly shopping home
If you drive, do not use the car for short journeys
Hope that helps sum. Just remember weight loss is a slow process, the slower the better really because then you are more likely to keep the weight of.

I really don't wish to be rude or anything, but I have recently come out of a really bad relationship and for the first time in 20 years I have lost four stone in weight, sometimes stress, can make us lose weight or put weight on, emotional problems are very difficult, on a realistic view, eat plenty of fresh produce, ie. fruit, fish, chicken, drink loads of water and I am sure you will see results. easiest way - running on the spot (however slowly), skipping (however slowly) but try to aim for 3 or 4 times a day for 10 minutes each time (hard at 1st, but gets easier and you'll get quicker), fish, chicken, turkey, beef, pork, lamb and plenty of green vegetables, carrots, cauliflower for main meals (as much as you want or need to feel full - cook extra but leave the extra in the fridge for when you just have to have something) and ditch the inbetweenies and anything else.
If you get desperate for something inbetween go for any of the above fridge bits or tomato juice (and maybe a splash of lee & perrins) or a cup of marmite, bovril, or beef extract.
Give it 3 weeks and be amazed.

Eat only vegetables and fruits and for your protein need, eat only easy meat like chicken and fish. Stop eating sweets and exercise 20 minutes per day. I lost 96.37 pounds using this diet. Don't try laxative... They are called 'shortcuts' and they distroy your stomach. My friend lost her teeth and had 4 surgeries because she has obsessed with using laxatives and weight loss pills.
