Personnally I am 1 foot high, have a longer arm (the right one), a foot with 6 fingers, a brown eye and a blue one (the color of the third one is quite difficult to describe, it's in the back of my head and it never worked anyway), no hair except on my arm (yes, the right one, the same one). The color of my skin changes between blue and orange depending on what I had for breakfast.
My left leg (the intact one) makes me one of the fastest foreigners ever (I was 2nd in the InterForeigners Championship in 1954, with a time of 52.12'' for 100 meters).
I have just been elected the "Mister Prettiest Foreigner 2006" and foreign girls are just crazy about me.

Does this help?

However they choose to look. Normally they have two arms, two legs, a face, and wear clothing of some sort. Mostly, they look quite similar to Americans, as so many people have emigrated to America since it was founded. May be someone should give the land back to the Native Americans, before they carry on complaining about immigration?

The confusing thing is that if Dumb_American left America, she would be a foreigner.

A foreigner is anyone of different nationality to you.

As to what they look like is your personal choice. Just as two people at a football match see the game in a totally different fashion so you will see foreigners as the Good, the Bad or the Ugly, dependent upon your viewpoint.

A party of mixed nationalities who, by misfortune, die as a group in a desert region will quickly be reduced to a pile of bones. How would you then separate the foreigners?

Foreigners are people who don't come from your country, so they could look like anything. I'm assuming you come from America, so if a British person were to go to America, we would be foreigners, although we generally look similar.

You can't really call Native American Indians "foreigners" because they were actually in that country before you, until you stole it off them. Wow, I'm English, and I know you're history better. Do your teachers tell you garbage or something?

Foreigners look like:

1. They are lost.
2. They are studying maps
3. They are interested in things that have been just there for ages and ages and take pictures of them
4. The homeless one in your neighbourhood really fascinates them
5. THey remark on the flavor of the usual dish in the resto.
6. They buy stuff from the hawkers
7. Leaves are souvenirs!
8. So is sand/stones/pebbles
9. They smile at you tho u've never seen them before (and never will again)
10. Your jewelry looks different to them

Foreigners cannot be stereotyped or generalised as to having a particular look. This is like asking , what do tourists look like? It may be difficult to identify a foreigner.

Look in the mirror! You're a foreigner everywhere but in your own country - and that's a lot of places!

Someone once told me foreigners are aliens, so I guess they have long necks, big eyes & antenni.

Seriously though, there are marked differences in the number of occurances of types of facial characteristics for instance, because of ancestory & the originating gene pools.
Eg. square/round/oblong faces, jawlines, ear sizes, eye colour & spacing, nose size & shape, hair colour.
Germans- more blond hair in males, chinese- closer eye spacing.
