Wow you have to laugh in here.A women's milk is sweet and silky velvet smooth.Something close would be goats milk cheese, but not as sweet as a woman's milk.I know this making love to my pregnant wife.I wasn't smelling it...lol and it wasn't foul tasting either.

I believe the best answer has already arrived though a few misconceptions still linger that i feel need to be spelled out.

I have tasted human milk. When my wife began to breastfeed my son she was having a difficult time getting him to latch on and her milk was not coming down. We thought it would be a good idea if I primed the pump so to speak, I'm not the man that would pass the rare opportunity. It is the most natural experience. It is so sweet and simple. It practically gushed down My throat before I even got a chance to swallow. I did not intend to drink so much before it was overflowing in my mouth. Milk was dripping from my lips. I wanted more and I did drink. Thank god my wife has two breast.

Seriously though, it does not smell bad. It does not taste bad. It is not gross. It is the best food for the foundational development of a child's biological and mental life.

It actually has a very soothing effect and taste good, I'm not kidding about that

some times my wife is so full of milk she squirts it at me.. something about fluid spurting from a woman's nipple, its erotic and arousing.

You could do it, but you would get a very small amount of cheese compared to the amount of milk you would have to use. It is the milk protein casein that solidifies and becomes cheese and human milk has very little of it compared to cow milk. 82% of the protein in cow milk is casein and only 35% of the protein in human milk is casein. 65% of human milk protein is whey, and if you made cheese out of the milk, almost all of that whey protein would be wasted. It would probably not be worth the time and effort to make cheese out of human milk, and it would be quite a waste of milk. Besides, many adults who have tasted human milk say that it tastes sweet but smells like a woman's arm pit. Doesn't sound too appetizing to me.

I don't see why you couldn't. If you know how to make cheese out of cow's milk, goat milk, etc. then you could certainly try human milk.
For all the idiots who think it's gross or canabalistic, keep in mind that human milk is breast milk, aka food for babies and young toddlers, and made for humans to eat/drink.

One say that mother's milk contain much higher percent of sugar in comparison with cow, goat or other milk. Cheese should be very sour I think, if you make it: more sour sour milk-> curd-> cheese.

When I have read your question, my reaction was almost the same when I have heard that some people milk mice (in laboratory) and their milk is most expensive milk in the world (for some research, treatment, immunity properties)...

The purpose for human milk is to feed babies and since babies can't eat cheese there is no need to even think of it, end of story.

I'm sure you could. I used to store my milk in the fridge and it separated into watery milk and heavy cream. It reminded me of butter.

I saw a movie called MONDO MAGIC once, and in part of it an African tribeswoman was shown breastfeeding dogs. Apparently dogs are quite valuable in that part of the world.
