See another doctor and get a second opinion, as soon as you can arrange it. Preferably, a gynecologist.
Doctors do make mistakes.

Back pain can be a sign of kidney disease.
being tired is a sign of having an infection or fighting off disease of some sort.
I am guessing you have signs of urinary tract infection if you are being treated for them? Blood in the urine can come from further up the urinary tract, including the kidneys.

Although kidney problems are sounding likely go back to your doctor and ask for further tests - it may be UTI and something else, but you need to know. Ask for a second opinion if you feel you are being fobbed off.

We cant tell you what it may or may not be but having had alot of back pain i do understand. There is something you can do as i did. Go back to your doctor and request to be refered to the hospital at the very least you should be given an appointment for an MRI, this is a scan that will be able to see everything in yr back. If your doctor decides you don't need this make it clearly without being insulting or harsh that you are requesting the hospital do test to get to the bottom of this, your doctor has a duty to you and the referal is his duty so don't take no. Also blood test to rule out anything that the doctor may not of thought about, back pain isn't just about the pain there is so much more to it and it can be very hard to tell. The fact that you have increase white blood cells tells yr doctor than you are ill ie infection. But please go to yr GP and talk to them get them to understand how you feel also get them to explain everything to you in detail. Also maybe a referral to a phiso to help with yr back. I wish you well, take care.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist (not homoeopath)and an ex nurse. You are probably right about your treatment. I have given up on orthodox medicine. I antibiotics are not working then it is not an infection. You may have a vaginal infection, in which case you need different antibiotics, you may even have fibroids or anaemia, the list is endless. It isn't easy to diagnose someone without further information and it would be wrong of anyone to do so. If you want some help e mail me but give me your full e mail address for a reply

I think you've got either a kidney infection, or more likely kidney stones that are causing a possible blockage. I had blocked urinary tract back in 2001 from stones from my kidney that were too big to pass through..I almost died. So, go ask for a dye x-ray..they will fill you with dye and then x-ray you as it moves through your system..any blockages or anything that's not right will show up then. Good luck, I feel for ya. Motrin works great for the pain, 600-800 grams..

You poor thing I dont think your being treated for the right thing either, it does sound kidney related though, maybe stones? You have to go back to your G.P, maybe a different one because i think you need a second opinion. I once saw the same doc 4 times who kept fobbing me off with various pills saying i was fine so i insisted on seeing someone else, a week later i was on the mend with the correct diagnosis. Your quality of life sounds awful at the moment, demand further tests and dont put up with it any longer it could be something serious.
