looking for video card. pci-e x16, nividia chipset with VIVO?

what a pain in the rear!

MSI offers one but their online info is very very thin.

I want to rip VHS tapes, but I don't want one of those lame boxes so it has to be integrated with a VIVO card so I can rip from adobe premiere.
