maybe become a blonde they have more fun. i was totally just kidding but maybe find a good color eyeshadow that compliments ur skin and brings out ur eyes. then curl ur eyelashes and wear mascara if u want to wear eyeliner i would only wear it on the top but that is up to u. maybe straighten ur hair and don't go to tanning beds. they suck and anyway don't overdo anything on ur makeup you kind of want it to look natural because otherwise it will overpower you and everyone will think ur fake just like ur makeup looks. so try those and if ur doing clothes then try to not overpower urself still. don't wear too tight or too loose of stuff cause ya, it looks bad. ok hope i helped love ya Me.

first of all try a new hair cut...layers i would recommend (mine is also wavy and i alternate on leaving them wavy or straighten them with straightening iron). You could also do some blonde highlights or red-ish ones...or you can dye your hair blonde (just a suggestion, don't know how it would look on you). In order to get a tan the most natural way is sunbathing...since i don't like self tan i would recommend those new body lotions with a hint of self tan that build a gradual tan. You could also try colour contact lenses (again i cannot recommend colour, since i don't know your natural colour). You could also lose some weight and tone up (just a recommendation, don't know your height/weight or how you look like). Working on your style, clothes and what types of clothes suit your body type is also a very good idea for makeover. You can play with your style but don't overdo it. Lastly...don't forget...attitude and cofidence define who you really are...don't fake that...

umm since you have brown hair, i think you should cut your hair in a more bit of a style, like layers and get some blonde highlights, on makeup well try something different, like match your eyeshadow with your clothes. get your eyebrows waxed if you dont already. When you get ready make sure you match your outfits like ex: red top with jeans, a red belt and red flip flops or somehting like that. umm for your freckles try a concealer. if you want to keep your hair the way it is, try to straighten it with a chi straightner or get a towel, put some of your hair on top of the towel, turn the iron on, and iron your hair like you're ironing clothes. try a different eye color. and instead of puttin on lipstick try on lip liner and lip gloss only.
i use to be ugly at first too. I was a nerd, i had glasses, long black hair, which i put in a pony tail all the time. i use to mix match. i wore a purple jacked with everything and these ugly nike shoes. my dad is and was rich, but i never had a sense of style... so i got some contacts, and colored my hair. and as i grew older i added something to myself which made me pretty. and i know how it feels to be ugly trust me it wasnt very good.

Get tan lotion.... but its kind of bad for your skin. Do it if you're desperate. If your skin is the "I like to tan, baby!" type, then you don't need it. look in magazines for them (the summer issues) and online of course- good luck! invite ur friends over and do it together.... buy tons of makeup and stuff!!! :) good luck
