You don't have to hotwire a car to break into it. You can just break a window. Or use a crow bar to bend the top half of the door open and crawl in.
These methods are very loud however and are a guaranteed way to get caught.
Before you start stealing cars, you might want to learn how to spell the word hotwiring. If you're adding extra letters, that implies that you're also taking extra steps which implies that you would be a horrible car thief.
Maybe you should just get really good at Grand Theft Auto the video game and leave the carjacking to the pros.

yyou dont need to hotwire a car to break in you just need to bust the window, but to turn it on you either need to hotwire it or turn the key thats in the ignition. But if the key is in the ignition you most likely dont need to break in
