What tv show reeks the most (since 1990's?) and is a waste of so called creativity?

I know I am going to get raked over the coals for this, but if you mean overall (daytime and nighttime TV)worst, The soap opera "Passions" on NBC by far and away the worst thing that was ever put on any network in any century. The fact that "Another World" was cancelled in favor of this s*** is beyond any human thinking. The writing seems to be done by either a)psychotic mental patients, b) first-graders, or c)writers who seemed to get all their ideas from a) and b). I'm betting its c). And the acting? These people can act their way of a cardboard box.

I am not sure if this was the worst but I think Friends was and is the most overrated show ever, a bunch of rich spoiled people that never went to a job,never had any normal problems like normal people.Actually I will say FRiends!!
