LOL... william j has a VERY interesting idea...
He could be reported under the "OTHER" category, and could be described as something like "suspect questioner planted a ringer".
I have never reported anyone, as it goes my philosophical grain, but I'd be willing to do it, just this once, just to be able to say that I 'reported' Bono --- HILARIOUS!

that answer was lame and it wouldnt solve the problem in the long run...it could have been anyone actually, i found yahoo answers a few days ago when that question popped up under another google search i was doing and it was one of my first answers...but it does seem a little too much like a inside answer from someone close to him...who knows...it was after all a promotional question from an unrealistic idealist.

Wanderer,
Don't worry about it. Bono already had his mind made up about his solution to the problem of poverty in Africa before the question was posted. He allowed the asking of the question, to boost his public image as a guy, who even though he is filthy rich, and rubs elbows with the ruling elite, still listens to the little guy. RIGHT!

I would say someone is kissing something somewhere...Surely, he was picked because of who he was..(although I must say I don't know the name) .At least now we know where Yahoo and ONE.org stands on the 'who's who's and who matters..

.Yahoo even made a note to let us know he was the 'real Bono'...

"Yahoo! Answers staff note: This is the real Bono!"......AND???

...We are suppose to do...what? Bow down?..Sorry Yahoo and ONE.org...Without people like the other 29,999 people...Bono is a nothing..and the ONE.org has showed their true colors to the people...

......SOOooo who is this Bono 'God' that Yahoo wants us to bow down too?? (as they and ONE.org so obviously did)

I believe Bono should be reported for creating multiple accounts.

I think you have a very good point. It IS very suspicious.

I have been suspicious of other people on Y!A because it appears that one person asks a question and they keep giving one other person the best answer for every question asked. Makes me wonder if someone is on there asking questions, answering themselves and then giving themself the points for best answer just so they can gain points.

I dunno man the awnser does start out with "I admire Bono for his work on this issue. I think that the ONE campaign, the debt reduction "

But who knows. It could be legitimate, it could be bono. Heck it could be my uncle david who's last name starts with a "c".. ill ask him this weekend and get back to you

Makes me wonder why I even attempted to answer the question. I say we demand the winning 10 points be withdrawn!

It's good that you were astute enough to recognize this corruption, and fearless enough to voice your observation. Thus far David C has made no other contribution. I think you are correct in your suspicions. Let's see if Yahoo takes note of this protest.

Well, it looks like they drafted their own answer- lame.
Of course with answers like "Pray for the unification of the Body of Christ" there are some slim pickings out there.
But there were definitely great answers that were overlooked.
