The first week after your period is the worst. There is really no SAFE time.You can get pregnant even during your period because you haven't completely gotten rid of your egg. Your period id not "swapping eggs". When you drop an egg a lining builds up in your uterus in anticipation of fertilization, when this doesn't occur your uterus sheds this lining. About 14 days after you start your period a new egg starts the same journey down your fallopian tubes etc etc, but girl you are only 18 make your man strap one on!! You DO NOT want a kid right now!!

Yes, depending on the length of your cycle, it's definitely possible. Instead of restricting sex to an arbitrary week and running the risk of getting pregnant anyway, why not just choose a reliable form of birth control and use it?

Yes you can get pregnant any time of the month. Your period is the "swapping" of eggs. Where you get a new one... a fresher one..... but yeah so you cen get pregant any time.
