Is it against the law for Bush to borrow $$$ from his own Bank and charge America interest.?

The Skull&Bones own and control the World Bank. Bush has been aproving both the borrowing and lending. That seems unethical

It is highly unethical.
I have a real problem with the republican spending and expansion of government. It will burden future generations in terms of increased taxation and fewer benefits. It further reduces the size of the middle class which is the backbone of this society.
