No. The new air intake, assuming it's a cold air or regular pipe with a low restriction filter, will add more intake air to the engine, but the car is equipped with a MAF sensor which will automatically adjust to it. The Mass Airflow sensor measures the amount of air coming in, and adjusts the fuel injectors to provide more fuel when needed.

You will need to have the car tuned if you want to take full advantage of a CAI. The CAI changes the calibration of the MAF sensor. Installing a CAI without changing the tune may even make the car slower!
