Tough question... What's the difference between Canadians and Germans? Are they completely different or are they basically the same? A better question: What's the difference between Chinese and Japanese cultures? Don't you remember that Depeche Mode song? People are People!

There are so many differences between them that they would laugh at this question. They each have a different language, eat different foods, have different music, clothing and fine arts. The similarities are all based on disciplines that Americans could greatly learn from if we paid attention.
These two groups are proud of their heritage, family and land. They both respect elders, women and work ethic. It is important that children learn as much as they can while a young student and prepare for careers while very young. Self defense is a sport, but more, a method of retaining peace and serenity within the soul.
We could grow and turn our country around greatly if we could adopt some of the social values of our Eastern friends. I respect their strong belief in religion, family and integrity. These things seem to be so faded in our society.

lol..sorta medium racist question......Firstly...chinese = diff religion/facial structure/country/appearance/ one is/or was ruled by Communists the other wanted to kill them because they were Communists...japan = samurai and ninjas china = kung fu..Foods = Japan Sushi...and other raw fish dishes...China = Rice! str frys ...rice balls...etc...you get the picture..
