kerrang! is a really good magazine even though it's 9 buck a magazine. ummm....revolver is really cool for metal people. spin is alright but not my cup of tea. alternative press is good. Just go to tower records and check out the magazine rack, you'll always find something good.

In the USA, BLENDER is , I think, the best. If you want to pay extra (about 8 bucks) get some British mags like MOJO, Q, or UNCUT. Those are awesome, and I believe Blender borrowed its style from them. The coolest thing about the three British ones I metioned is that they come with a free CD every month, so it is worth the extra change. (You can find them in Borders or Barnes and Noble). You will learn a lot about what is happening in Rock today but also get a history lesson every month as well about some of the most influential artists.

Are you looking for music mags that pertain to the music itself, or the music industry? What is your goal?
