The best kind are those integrated and packed with a lot of features, and they are look like huge chocolate bars. Nevertheless, they include stuff such as Mobile Operating System, GPS route maps, scaled-down ms windows applications, plus those pda functions. There are several reputable models on the market at this moment. They include brands from O2, HP or Nokia. These pda cell phones cost a lot more.

I can certainly tell you about the worst, I have a Motorola Razr that cost me a lil over $300 and it's an expensive piece of crap! Don't waste your money on a Motorola. Nokia is the best bet ( I had the Nokia 6102 before buying the Razr)
