If women were in charge....?

if women had been the dominant sex throughout history, do you think modern working women would get a few extra sick days off each year for menstral cramps? I think we deserve them, men don't know how it is....

If women were in charge there would be no wars - there would be lots of listening, understanding, meeting of political leaders (who would all be female) and resolving of issues in a civilised way....

There would be no such thing as soldiers...etc etc etc

and Life would lack the horrible stigma and stereotypes formed by many people e.g. all germans are racist etc

And i know some religions frown upon women who speak their mind,,,,well if it was the other way round, women would rather watch themselves die, than to send out other people to die for them...i could go on and on about everything

But PMS would be problem....

People seem to forget about female leaders...of which there have been a few some of them were great like a couple of England's queens however it is still proportional to the bad ones like Vlad the Impaler his wife was just as nuts as he was there are others just look a little. Women are just as capable of evil as men are and history has shown this. There has just been more men in power....I know of just as many women who do things that are bad for the planet as I do men like pollution etc. Now all that being said Men don't want women in charge because of your "menstrual" cycles just ask any married man about a woman's mood swings I know I don't want someone that emotionally unstable running the world....besides it has been prov en the while men a logical and calculating in their thinking women have been shown to be emotional and compulsive in their thinking....I have tried hard not to offend here but if I did please contact me I keep it open Thank you

Some women are in power. The majority can't seem to understand the power within themselves. They believe, they need a piece of a man (in actuality is no man) to validate them as a woman. Pitiful.
Intelligent women with common sense, are more articulate and decisive.
The male population do know this and do everything in their power to keep females in the kitchen and bedroom.
No. I doubt extra paid sick days would happen.

And women aren't the dominant sex? When was the last time you went to a park? Look at who's there and who's bossing who around and telling everyone what to do.
Look at girls and boys playing in a sandbox and see who has to create a scenario in which there is constant chatter. See who is more aggressive, more verbal.
When my wife and I go to the grocery, SHE drives the mother ship, not I.

Probably. I also think women would get more benefits during maternity leave. And the men would be the ones complaining about the kids and how hard it is to keep the house clean :)

According to the last us job market statistic as it relates to time of on the job, women make up fo allmost 68% of lost time on the job so to give you an additional 7 days would really be an over kill

Yes and we should get time off for menstrual cramps, for menstrual accidents, for PMS and for being a woman in general..We do all the work any way.
