Well you have to rember that JUVENTUS is not the only team to be involved in the Match Fixing Scandle. Four teams: Juventus, AC MIlan, Fiorentina, and Roma. So they Would Have to give it to INTER_MILAN!

It will be wide open particulary because as you said Juventus and Fiorentina have been relegated with point deductions. AC Milan have to start on - 15 but atleast they are in Serie A, they have a half chance particularly if Kaka stays. But it will be difficult.
The 'Dark Horse' Lazio have also been relegated and points deducted.
Inter Milan and Roma will fancy their chances but as their consistency isn't great there is hope for someone else or AC Milan to win.

I thought ac milan too, because in last month's football italia paolo maldini, ac's player, said that it wouldn't feel right ac milan being given the scudetto if juventus had it taken off them, He had to of had a reason to assume AC Milan would get it. Otherise I'd say it'd go to the next club in the table that wasn't involved in any dodgy dealings so that's 3rd place Inter Milan. Or just give it to no one.

It sounds like Inter Milan but do not understand why AC Milan would not get the Serie A title.

Internationale win the title and Roma finish runners up meaning both automatically qualify for the Champions league .

As AC MIlan were runners up they cannot be named as champions - being involved themselves. So the title would go to Inter Milan who finished third.

I think it goes to Inter, as AC milan were deducted 44 ppoints from last seasons total
