Most face creams are the same, just choose something cheap that you like and then get some Vitamin E capsules and squeeze the contents out of one capsule and mix with your face cream before applying each night. Also use any moisturising cream on your body and you can add Olive oil to it for extra nourishment. The best thing you can do is also eat lots of oily fish like salmon or take fish oil capsules to help keep your skin healthy from the inside.

Whatever you do... if you have acne... DO NOT use a scrub. You will only spread the bacteria and make it worse! I have had sandpaper skin all my life... with acne in my teens, and scars following. I recently started my own business with Arbonne International because they completely healed my skin. For the first time I have clear, SMOOTH, glowing skin. It's amazing what great skin does for my self esteem! If you'd like a free sample throw me an e-mail... livintosoar@yahoo.com
P.S. We've also got great body cream which gives the same benefits!

Omg, I can't believe no one suggested CUCUMBER...cut about 13 slides and put them around your face, leave them for 10 minutes, then wash your face with cold water. Your face will become smooth and fresh within a week.
I also use Body Shop Vitamin E cream, which works for me, but depends on your skin type.

This isn't the usual subject matter I look for to respond to questions, but since it was the first Q I saw when logging on this afternoon I'll dare to say that smoothness of skin is often a bigger concern for the individual than her admirers, future or present. I've seen many women with imperfect skin surfaces that were still quite beautiful and attractive.

Honestly, i would go with what the polyenesians do.
completely natural, non toxic, and the best moisturizer
ever.
Coconut Oil. I am so serious i use this. Just get it
at a health food store, get the "Extra Virgin" Stuff.
I think part of it is the fat content and the huge
amount of natural vitamin E in the stuff.
The Thai also use coconut oil on their skin
and i have to admit their skin looks good.
Give it a try! It also helps with tanning and
it smells SOOO good.

i recommend Skinlogics with the help of Beauticontrol. I have honest epidermis that's hard with pimples and because I genuinely have used their products I genuinely have had the smoothest clearest epidermis in years. the perception is to apply salicylic or fruit acids to help slough off the useless epidermis, which will also decrease the pimples. yet you should moisturize your epidermis with a good oil loose or oil administration moisturizer. I have comfortable epidermis and Skinlogics sparkling face care equipment has worked the most acceptable!

i have used the body shops vitamin e face stuff for years, and thinks it works a treat. on your bod though, i really recommend body shops cocoa butter products, body scrub perhaps once a week, but the body butter EVERY DAY both products cost £15, and do last a good while, hope you find this useful.

I love oil of olay on my face and cocoa butter on my body. u need to get used to cleansing, toning and moisturising ure face twice a day. on your body use a dry mitt before showering to get the circulation working and push out any toxins in your body, after showering moisturise. The heat of your body after showering will seal in the moisture better.
