I don't like fake boobs of any size. The real ones are much nicer even if they are not as large.

it depends on the doctor and how big they are compared to the girl. I know a girl that had naturally huge boobs that looked fake because she was tiny. But I prefer natural over fake anyways and anything bigger than a handful is just wasteful.

It looks fake, cartoonish and very unattractive. Small and natural is always the best.

It definately looks fake if you go to big. Nobody who weighs 100 pounds has 38DDD boobs.

i like them of all sizes but you get a girl that had them done as nice as they might look i like a girl with some self confidence, that they're so self concious that they're willing to cut open their bodies and submit themselves to that pain just does'nt do it i mean i have tattoos i have a lot of tattoos they hurt and i show them off wearing jerseys & shorts my tattoos a painful expression but they express me what does a girl fresh out of surgery with huge **** & a sore chest in tight *** shirt express?
