I've never had a Nokia, I usually go for sony erickson, or motorola, but i liked the look of the Nokia 6280.
Have I made a mistake?
What it is like?
Does anybody else have one?

I have had different moblie phones for about the last 10 yrs, I have heard of them (of course), I just have not owned one. I think it's because they are so popular that it has put me off

Well Im no expert but Nokia have the best loyalty base.
The reason is that they have an excellent menu system and they keep the same basic system throughout the range.
The build quality and specification is probably better on the Sony Erickson.
But you cant go far wrong with a Nokia.
Ive just bought a 6230i too. Dont be put off by its dated looks and smaller screen.
Its got mp3, FM radio , one hour of video and and has an expandable memory up to 2GB.
Think of a Nokia like a Ford car, everyone slags them off but look how many they sell.

The 6280 is a Very Sweet Looking Phone! I think You made a Good Choice. I'm a Nokia Fan, and I believe they're the Best and Most Unique phones in the World. I own about 5 different Nokia's, Myself.

I love NOKIA, I have only ever had two other makes of phone and I would never go with anyone else ever again! NOKIA phones are very easy to use and very reliable, so go for it!

omg, do not get the nokia i have gone through 3 in the past month! buy a motorola or a sony ericcson

My sister works for Sprint and says that the Nokia's have the least amount of complaints than any other cell phone,least for Sprint,lol

have a look at nokia.com. a good phone but it only has a 10MB internal memory limiting what you can store on the phone but it does have an external memory. the battery life is not too good but i find it strange you have not heard of them, for a number of years they have been then number one selling brand of mobiles.

i dunno about the 6280, but i've had 3 nokias so far and i would definitely go nokia over sony erikson. motorola is probably just as good as nokia
