Hemorrhoids are common during pregnancy, which can cause blood in the stool. There are many other causes for blood in the stool as well, so you should tell your doctor. Bright red blood in the stool is generally much less worrisome than black tarry blood or coffee ground blood in the stool. Try not to worry. Good luck!

Technically, you have a due month. A due date is the middle of your due month. It is okay to go as long as two weeks after your due date. If you were not sure of your conception date, the due date could be off by a week or two. But ultimately, if you are overdue and your doctor does not want to induce you can get a second opinion, just like with anything else.

It could just be that you have an anal fissure (a tear at the opening of the anus) from pushing too hard...which could most likely be due to constipation from the preganancy...but I would DEFINITLY let your doctor know, because a bloody stool can mean something much more serious....contact your ob/gyn immediatly and let them know of your situation...it might be nothing, but its MUCH better to be safe then sorry!!! Good Luck

Are you 100% positive it was blood. Any kind of prenantal supplements can give your stool that color to make you think there is blood.
Iron peels can do that, and if you are taking an extra supplement of them you can get that.

I would definetly let your gyno know though so you can get tests done.

Good luck

I'm no doctor, but my guess is hemorrhoids. Call the doctor just to be sure.
