Well, that usually happens to me if I am playing something which requires some programs which is not installed on my PC. (usually programs like Java, Shockwave, Wild Tangeant, Flash etc). If you feel secure about the game and most importantly about the site, just click on the Active X button and it will install. Follow the onscreen bottons. HOWEVER, if it is an unsecured site, I would recommand it find out what it is installing first before installing it. As you know, it is basically asking fro your consent to download programmes, so you need to know the risks. There are risks, but usually for games and all, it will not be a problem. (the risks are explained onscreen when you download it.) To remove teh program, just go to Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs-
(the program), if it is a game program, like shockwave for example, it will unistall by itself. BUT if it is a virus, well, good luck.
Game programs that are safe to install:
Flash,
Shockwave,
Java
Wild Tangeant (people have reported problems with it, but not me, I never have any problems with WT)
If you need furthur assistance, email me.
