Hi, I responded to an ad on rentclick.com for a 2 Bedroom apartment on Brooklyn street in Boston. As per the ad I sent $2100 to Rent.com which was to act as an Escrow. However, the money was requested in Rent.com agent in Detroit. The money receipt was acknowledged but I have not got any apartment. I wrote to Rent.com from which I earlier recd an email for sending the money - about the veracity of their Escrow service and they declined. How can I get my money back as it was a proper Western Union transfer? Which agency can I speak to. Ihave lodged a complaint with police and they are saying it may take weeks before something can happen!!!!! Can someone help, I need help.

rentclick has a disclaimer that they are not held liable for any transactions done on their site. They won't help. That a month for that address would not pay the light bill. The old adage if it looks to good to be true

Hi, there maybe something wrong with your IE.

i recommand you to try firefox.

it can block that annoying ads and disable any virus on webpage. as you know, most virus are spread through internet.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.
