I have tried it a million times and I can't seem to get it to work all it says is''Welcome'' and at the bottom it says sign in but I have already signed in. HELP!!!

well i had that similar problem and it depends on what caused it to stop working
first, i suggest that you check any antivirus programmes or software to ensure that they have not blocked out messenger from your system.
second, it can be caused by something that prevented messenger from working correctly therefoe you may have to reboot your computer and download messenger again.
finally, you can skip all of that and uninstall messenger from your control panel and reinstall the new version. (beta 8.0). i did it 3 days ago and it works great.
