Mark, I have no idea why you got fired from your job. But whoever fired you must have had a good reason, and they should have shared it with you. If they didn't go to your Labour Relations Board, or to your Union, and ask for a written summation of the firing, with reasons for taking this action.
Meanwhile, ask yourself what you think the reasons might have been, and what you can do about them to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
