I studied so much I went blind - I'm not kidding. I was shaking after being up for days, working on my 50 pg. thesis and studying for my Russian history final. Just as I was giving my presentation on Stalin's secret police everything went black and I was left standing in front of my class saying, "I can't see." Beyond absurd. Take a nap, take a soothing bath, or you'll be worthless for your exam.

Yes. At that point, all you have to do is shut the book and get up. Stretch your legs, listen to some music, do whatever relaxes you. Eat some food, talk to your family, and then get back to studying.

yes I had one this morning (accounting test) they are usually stress headaches ( mine are only on the left side) take a break and some Tylenol
