I think you will get most European and Latino soccer action in ESPN Deportes, which is a part of Dish's Latino package. You could also get it from Fox soccer channel.

Try this website. It gives a list of what soccer match is broadcast in which channel in US and Canada.

Good luck....

They're both good. It depends what leagues you want to watch. I got both plus Setanta Sports. Fox Soccer Channel shares rights to EPL along with Setanta. They just acquired full rights to Serie A so GolTV won't have Serie A anymore starting 2007-08 season. FSC also has rights to the UEFA Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup, the Argentine first division and the CONCACAF Champions Cup, and it televises some Major League Soccer games. GolTV shows the Spanish League, German League, Brazilian League, and many leagues from South America and Central America. ESPN and its sister networks ABC, ESPN2 and ESPN Classic holds the rights to the European Champions League along with the 2008 European Championship, the 2010 and 2014 World Cups and some MLS games.

I don't know about there, but some cable & satellite companies have an ESPN Soccer channel available. Telemundo has soccer just about every night too. I don't speak much Spanish, but I don't need to speak the language to understand what's happening on the field most of the time.
