Type into your browser the state of your birth, and the words BIRTH CERTIFICATES >

No you can't. With identity theft such a hot issue, no one is going to allow any downloading. You have to contact the county where you were born and send them money to get a certified copy.

there no way for you to get a download a free birth.. but only you can download the forms to pay get birth certificate..... If it was free and my gosh and then your life will be hell since they screw your life. and youdon't want to get it for free do you???
