The basic answer is "yes you can". Of course you have to find a buyer for whatever valuable mineral you think may be under your property. You should also be aware that location plays an important part in the practical procurement of minerals on your property. If you live in a subdivision, you may sell your rights, but the buyer may not necessarily be legally able to set up a mining or drilling operation as per zoning laws.

It is prudent to hire the services of a real estate attorney whenever you enter any kind of contract involving real estate.
