well it depends on how many years experience you have and to get the training you will just have to drive for a company that does that kinda work but you will have to get your hazmat and tank endorsment to drive a gas truck you need atleast the following : 23years of age 1 year + OTR experience + Hazmat & Tank Enddorsment and a good driving record here are some trucking websites

you got your c.d.l. but you still need to have your tanker endorsment an your hasmat endorsment then it all depends on your driving record an how much exsperence you have drivin a truck then you need to find a company that will hire you an train you
