Each of us is born with a certain amount of melanin, the pigment that gives us our skin and hair it's color. In the case of hair, the pigment, or melanin, is produced in the root of the hair and colors it as it grows out. This pigment is produced by the melanocytes, and when one of them dies, no pigment is produced and the hair grows out clear, or as we see it, grey or white. The time that our hair begins to grey is determined by our genes.
There have been cases where children have been born with grey hair, and it is due to to the genetic trait being passed on. Stop worrying about it and hope that it all comes in grey or white. The nice thing about someone your age having grey or white hair is that you're always going to look younger than your age. Ever notice how hard it is to tell the age of someone who has pure white hair?

You are normal...I knew a guy in college who was very grey, and he was only 25. Not much you can do other then shave your goatee to get rid of the grey, or dye your hair. If I were you, I would just learn to live with it. It never hurt George Clooney, and he started to grey when he was young as well.

At least you can grow a goatee. But then again, I don't spend a ton of money on razors and still get carded, so it works out.
