That comment is ugly for a woman, wherever she comes from, but what i can say of my boss that is dutch, that she always has a look as if she has never get a bath, she never combs her hair, she uses the same jean skirt over and over again, (we call it ..here favorite!!) And then when she sees you and kiss hello, uggg, she never brushes her teeth i think..., she's around the 40s, blonde, blue eyes. She could look better, but well this is an example but you cannot generalize.
