I wear relaxed fit pants, X-large t-shirts, and tennis shoes. I think I look good in blue, red, orange, and green. I have Extremely short hair that I can't do much anything with. I am 5' 4", and wiegh 170 lbs.

Hmm.. to be more "girly" looking you could maybe try wearing feminine colors such as Pink and Light Green. Also wearing just a little bit of makeup (long lashes and pretty lipgloss). For hair, you can always get extentions ;)

Pants aren't feminine so wear skirts. (Depending on the legs short skirts would be a plus as more feminine. Short hair is also a plus so that's ok. Loose some weight will help a lot but the #1 most feminine thing would be to go against the grain and wear pantyhose! That always makes a chick look both more sophisticated and elegant in ALL occasions. Don't pay attention to girl friends and what others might say. When you go out with the girls YOU will be the one that gets the attention. Try it and see what happens. It's like magic! It's amazing most women haven't figured this out... And don't complain about the pantyhose... when you get the right size, design and materials of construction the feel will be awesome and the opposite of a "problem".

Wear better clothes. You don't have to change your style. It wouldn't be YOU if you changed it that much. Wear better fitting clothes. If your clothes are really big .. go down some. Get rid of those tennis shoes .. wear cute flip flops or something or sandles or something. Let your hair GROW OUT

i say u can wear feminine tops with jeans such as floral prints. aqua is a very feminine color. U can also try wearing COMFORTABLE embroidered jeans. But remember comfort is the most important thing.
