I think they are smarter than we might think, but like to act like the dumb blonde stereotype for the cameras. I would have to go with Jessica Simpson for the winner on this one. Paris Hilton grew up in a very rich environment and hasn't had to make as many decisions career-wise as Jessica Simpson. Jessica is definitely using her many talents for movies, music, etc.. while Paris has a t.v. show that is having a hard time getting the ratings that it had throughout previous seasons. Overall, Jessica Simpson has made better decisions and I would say is smarter than Paris Hilton.

That is a tough question, but I'm gonna say Paris Hilton because she doesn't need her daddy to do all her managing. And she doesn't play as dumb as Jessica Simpson pushes on tv. Paris is just like, "whatever... that's hot."

Hmmm...probably neither. Paris Hilton thought that 'Wal-Mart' was a place where they sell walls (Saw it on 'Simple Life'), & Jessica didn't know if tuna was chicken or fish. But, it could be that someone told them to say that or something...or, it's no joke. They could really be stupid. Although, if I had to choose who was smarter, I guess I'd go for Simpson.

It is hard to say, but I would say Paris Hilton is smarter. Jessica is a dumb person who has reading problems and thinks Chicken of the Sea tuna is really chicken.
