I just graduated with a AAS in Computer Technology, and I'm planning to move to the Atlanta area. I have been looking for a job for about three weeks and haven't had any luck.

Sure. Go to www.ajb.org and choose your occupation cluster, and put it Atlanta, GA. This website uploads constantly from the local papers, monster.com and the workforce centers. Hope you find one!

Sorry, sweetie - IT jobs in Atlanta are hard to come by and everyone is in the market. I'd suggest you either plan on moving somewhere else (I think India is probably the best place to get an IT job) but....I know people who have been looking for a long time. The regular consulting firms are having trouble keeping their jobs - Good luck, though. Don't mean to be negative, but I do mean to be real!!
