I'm French and I would like to live in USA..do you think that it's possible for me.....? Does French people can have The american dream too!

America can be everything to anyone or can be very intimidating also. I think you would make a wonderful addition to America. The beauty of America is that people from all nationalities, faiths, and beliefs come to one country and melt into the fabric that we call being an American. Where as different colors can come together to make a beautiful blanket so different people come together united under one flag setting their differences aside to work together to find freedom to do what they hope will make their lives much richer and better. We all hold to the Constitution of the country that may not be perfect but unites us under one flag. You come to the country as a French person but you become an American that just happens to be from France. I hope you are able to make your move and find just the place you would love to live as there are so may different parts of the country to explore and appreciate. Welcome

Of course French people can enjoy the American dream too. Our currency is the second most valuable in the world and we are the world super power. Americans are accepting to people of most national backgrounds. You should fit right in as long as you speak a well balanced amount of English.
And this is how you should pronounce you second sentence.
"Do French people have the American dream too?"

I understand you. You can if you plan on becoming a citizen legally. If you plan to try to live the "American Dream" in France, that life you strive for will not be the same. That is why they call it the "American Dream".

Of course you can live in the U.S.A. Just tone down the whole hating America thing a lot of French people seem to have and you'll be great. But I've met plenty of great French people, so go for it.

It's definitely possible!! America is a mixing pot of lots of different kinds of people. That is one of the things I love about it. You can do anything, if you put your mind to it. The "American Dream" is just a metaphor for making a good life for yourself, however you choose. Come on over, there's room for one more : )

Everyone here dreams of living in places like France and England.
The American dream has long been tainted.
People here deal with obeasity, poverty, racial crimes, etc.
Don't join the American dream. For it is not really a dream and will probably be nothing but well nothing.
Make your own dream.

Why do you want to live here? The American dream is false, unless you want the dream of being so stressed out because you can't pay your bills, living in a nasty polluted city with rude people, eating gross food, getting fat, and being bombarded by advertisements day and night because rich people want to get richer, never getting enough sleep, and eventually getting cancer and dying.

i think the biggest objective is getting friends that dont rely on the steriotype where the french think that americans are idiots, wich i trust you are not. your english is fine, and for erfrence, better than i hear most everyday. i, oersonaly, would sugest finding a good job in northern california. nice nature. good people. best of luck.
