Yes.
Several times.
The USS Maine blew up in the Havana Harbor in Cuba, which sparked the Spanish American war. It was widely credited with being an act of war, but was later revealed to most likely have been an accident. Boiler explosion rather than a bomb. Gave rise to the "yellow press".
The Gulf of Tonkin incident which sparked the full scale escalation of the Vietnam war has later been admitted to have been instigated by the United States, and in fact the total situation was "creatively presented" by the Johnson Administration to get permission to scale up the response to the North Vietnameese.
The RMS Lusitania sinking which started our involvement in WWI. The ship was claimed to be "civilian" but it was in fact carrying arms and supplies intended for England when it was sunk by German U-Boats in an "exclusion zone". Turns out it was a legitimate military target.
There are probably more, I had not heard Pearl Harbor being one of them. The Bay of Pigs invasion was instigated by the CIA and turned into a disaster when the US didn't provide air cover, but wasn't an act of war against ourselves...

We had knowledge that the Japanesse were going to attack Pearl Harbor, but apparently decided to let it happen because an attack on American soil would give us reason enough to jump into World War II at a time when America was basically practicing an Isolationist type of foreign policy.
9/11 - There is something very very fishy surrounding 911. Personally I believe that we had knowledge that there was going to be a terror attack on New York City involving hijacked aircraft and we used the attack on American soil to fight this "War on Terrorism" that somehow brought us into Iraq....911proof.com has a lot of interesting things to read, but you can take it for what it is...conspiracy theroies. There are theories we blew the buildings up with explosives after the planes hit. A lot of covering up by the government hasn't helped the measures....Just use the information you can find and make your best opinion about The United States and what we are doing not only overseas but to our own people...

i comprehend it relatively is not some thing all people choose to pay attention. And it relatively is sometthing all people has the potential to chack up on. us of a from a political stance won't under any circumstances provide in to terrorists. it is not in it is new got here upon nature. If and on each occasion there's a danger of any sort the typical technique is to envision all materials of the prospect. Afterwards despite if that's asserted that that's a positve danger then that's necessary to have those that are in value of the business agency to take a holiday. temporarily those that are actually necessary to run the business agency. it is not in us of a's wager activity we close down each thing we've for an unlisted quantity of time. And it may't be made public understanding that there is an attack out of outrage of panic. If the yank human beings close down then us of a will substitute into susceptible. us of a can no longer, shouldn't, and could never seem susceptible to all people for any reason. If a danger is made and not something happens, then us of a lost thousands and thousands and billions of greenbacks and likewise flinched to the enemy showing it is weak point. Upon showing weak point that's available to lose greater monetary stability. that's honest to declare human beings are basically basically numbers in the top, and would get replaced. yet, the monetary gadget would be wrecked and take years even many years to repair. to no longer get too some distance off the factor. us of a became into warned concerning to the attack on 9/11 yet, it became into no longer seen severe. Upon understanding of the planes take over, it became into deemed neccessary to evacuate the precise inventory holders, ceos, and presidents as typical prcedure. It became into the desire that the planes might pass over the homes via fact it would take years of coaching for the accuracy. yet, regrettably us of a became into incorrect.

We did draw up plans for some kind of a disaster at Guantanamo bay during the Cuban missile crisis, so that we would have a reason to overthrow Castro. The plan never took place though.

If the U.S. was to carry out an act of terror against itself, What would be the purpose? If it were to sway the American public into going into a war, Why on earth would they document it? They do not even admit to lies that they are recorded saying, such as saying there was weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Why would they document themselves carrying out an act of terror on themselves? A criminal does not write out a document saying they carried out such and such crime. Now what you need to look at is evidence, and what legislation was passed due to whatever act of terror was committed. Who benefits most, that is your greatest clue as to why certain events were allowed to happen.

The only time America inflicted violence and terror upon itself, and called it war, was during the Civil War. That's proven.

No it can never be proven without any doubt. This country is too corrupt for that. Documents will disappear or be changed.
