come on guys be nice! first of all you have to add some detail about age etc that's really important as one person said maybe puberty has not kicked in fully and testosterone levels (male hormones) not on power charge. If not pre-teen then trust me people come in all shapes and sizes and men who have big dicks can be a pain in the crutch (true!)
if concerned consult male GP for advice some men have big dick but when erect not that much change others have smaller dick and when erect huge change. As a woman don't really mind as long as man has HUGE heart! U need to be more specific PLEASE .......

maybe the gene for long balls is missing or if the dads balls is small then they childrens balls will be small too
