Be yourself, go where people are who share your interests, and don't try to impress people.

Try going to the places where you feel most comfortable "being you" (i.e. if you like to fish, go fishing; like museums, go to a museum; like bars, go to a bar) and look around. If you see a woman you find interesting, go talk to her.
From looking at the other questions you've asked, I see that you have some unique interests. Focus on doing those things you're interested in and you should run into women who are also interested in those same things.
Most importantly, be yourself. If you're into unique things, be upfront about it...don't try to hide or sugar-coat things. If you are honest about yourself and true to yourself, then women will either accept you or decline you based on YOU! You can only be accepted for being YOU if you ARE being you. You've probably heard it a million times before, but honesty really is the best policy.

There will always be people that will accept you for you. Just be yourself. There is no need for any fancy "hellos" or introductions.
